This is my cousin's guitar given from her Father and my late Uncle Ernie Lacerna. A ordinary guitar to someone else but played by my cousin, MUSIC for everyones ears.

Beau Soleil Oysters

As an Executive Chef, Beau Soleil Oysters are by far my favorite. Beau Soleil are farmesd in three bays of northern New Brunswick: Shippagn, Neguac and Richibuctou. The shells are always perfect. Not big- it still takes four years to reach a 2.5 inch cocktail size- but well groomed, and so uniform they almost look stamped out by a machine. The flavor is refined and light but with a bit more brine, and something of yeasty warm bread aroma you get with good champagne. This makes them the perfect starter oyster. If I had a novice oyster eater in my care and wanted to guarantee a successful first experience, I'd order two dozen Beau Soleil.

Short Board Surfing

It's so amazing how people can stay atop a surfboard without wiping out too soon. My camera and I were lucky enough to get there at the right time to take this great shot!

Zeum Carousel

This photo was taken in San Francisco Downtown at the Zeum carousel - my kids' favorite spot. Take a spin back in time on the historic carousel that was formerly a beloved fixture at the S.F. amusement park, Playland at the Beach. The carousel was built in 1906 by Charles Looff which features a whole menagerie of elaborately hand-carved animals, including horses, giraffes, camels, and much more! restored to its current location in 1998, the Zeum Carousel now offers a fanciful ride for all ages.

Unforgotten Soldiers

This photo was taken in Lafayette, California. These crosses represent the death of American Soldiers fighting for our very own freedom. There has been over 4,000 deaths and counting. Let's pray that our soldiers come home soon and the war comes to an end.

California Sunset

This shot was taken 20 minutes before sunset. What a gorgeous display of soft and warm colors reflecting onto the ocean. There's no place like California!

Seagull Speaking Love

This photo was taken at Coronado Hotel in San Diego. I was outside drinking wine and enjoying the sunset while this seagull kept on coming towards me with this look on his face. I quickly grab my camera hoping that it will keep on posing for me, and behold here is the shot with a heart shape mouth.

Pelicans

This photo was taken at Cabo San Lucas Pier. Local pelicans mind there business as they all rest on this rusitc boat. It seems that the tourist do not fly them away but are aware of there presences. I was 5 yards away when I took this shot.

Silver Oak Winery

This photo was taken at my favorite Cabernet Sauvignon, Silver Oak Winery. The Silver Oak's iconic water tower, provide the entrance to the timber-framed tasting room where guests will find a huge stone fireplace, a glass house library displaying vintages dating back to the 1970's.

Bay Bridge

This photo was taken while cruising with Commodore Dining Cruises. I am sure no one has taken this shot on the water beneath the bridge. The San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge or legally The James " Sunny Jim" Rolph Bridge and known locally as the Bay Bridge is a multi-structure toll bridge complex that spans S.F. Bay. Conceived as early as the Gold Rush days, construction on the bridge did not begin until 1933. Designed by Charles H. Purcell, it open for traffic on November 12, 1936, six months before the Golden Gate Bridge.

My flair of a Jello Shot

Hmmmm... So, since I am an Executive Chef, let me add some of my photos of my food. This is assortments of different alcohol flavored jello drizzled with chocolate and blueberries. This is great with a glass of Champagne!

El Caballo Rock Formation

This photo was taken in a water taxi of Cabo San Lucas in 2008. The point of land as Cabo San Lucas is popular attraction not only because of its famous rock formation El Caballo (The Horse) next to the El Arco, but also because of the picturesque of beaches. How rare do you see a natural beauty of a horse made out of water crashing to this rocks? Well, here it is!

V.Sattui Winery Door

This photo was taken during my brother's wedding. It is also my favorite place to have a picnic with my children. V. Sattui Winery is a family owned winery established in 1885 and located in St Helena, the heart of california's famous Napa Valley.

San Diego's La Jolla Cove

This photo was taken during my trip to San Diego in 2008. La Jolla Cove, 1100 Coast Boulevard, is a very small beach, tucked between adjacent sandstone cliffs. Due to its extraordinary beauty, La Jolla Cove is one of the most photographed beaches in Southern California.

Bale Grist Mill State Historic Park

This photo was taken at the entrance of the mill.

This historic Grist Mill was erected by Dr. E.T. Bale, grantee of Carne Humana Rancho, in 1846. The mill, with surrounding land, was deeded to the Native Sons of the Golden West by Mrs. W.W. Lyman, and was restored through the efforts of the Native Sons Parlors of Napa County.
